Supporting Children & Teens through Counselling and Play Therapy.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed or worried about your child- we are here for you.

Welcome, we are so excited to meet you!

Is your child experiencing big emotions?

Are you looking for support to help your child feel more settled, connected, and confident at home, kinder, or school?

Through in-person counselling and play therapy, we provide a warm, gentle, and supportive space where children and teenagers can explore their emotions, develop self-regulation, build social and play skills, strengthen resilience, and grow in confidence!

We also offer online parent support sessions for parents who want to grow their understanding and learn evidence-based parenting strategies to support their child’s emotions and behaviours.

Grab an evening cuppa, jump onto Zoom and let’s get to know one another! You can ask any questions you may have and we can talk through your family and child’s history and any current concerns.

  • Step 2: Book a Children's / Teen Session (50min In-Person)

Sessions are held in Mount Eliza, VIC.

Sessions are tailored to suit your child’s developmental age and stage and include play therapy and/or talk therapies.

  • Step 3: Parent Meetings (via Zoom)

We like to chat with you as the parent/s around every 3-4 child/teen sessions to keep you updated on the therapy process. Here we can discuss any worries, concerns or changes you are noticing at home- and collaborate on how to best support your child.
